I finally got the watch from ZINVO, took 3 weeks to arrive. I was nervous they would never send it. Blade Silver was my dream watch for over a year and once they updated it I pulled the trigger to buy it. The watch is 5 stars for sure, delivery time is 3 stars. Overall I put 4 stars

I have same experience - very poor customer service, no info on status of purchase for a month now, several emails sent and posts with no feedback....I am getting concern even if I will ever get that watch. There is no phone number to call neither....anybody has any suggestions
