I don't like having only a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" rating: there should be a range.
I tried for 3 days to order a simple E-card gift for someone, but not only did their website INSIST on sending the gift card to my billing address, after I called WinterSilks, they couldn't figure out what the problem was AND they didn't resolve the problem.
So instead of having a friend get an e-gift card, the morons who approved the Wintersilks programming are having the gift card -- a hard copy -- sent to ME.
Nice people; great product; HORRIBLE business management.
