After registering for training, they claimed details of the training (location, trainer, course details) would be provided 3 days prior to the event. Could not get a hold of customer support at all. On the day of the event they claim the instructor was sick and offered an online training instead for 60% cost of what I paid. Total bait and switch. Asked for my money back. Still waiting for it to be refunded.
