I can never log on to internet banking. I am told that I need to go to a branch with my ID to resolve this issue. not possible, there is no local branch where I live and in any case, I am disabled and reliant on internet banking. I don't get this hassle with Santander or Lloyds. very disappointed. you really must be able to do better than this.
