I had the same negative experience as others. Price for my camera was $299.00, amount charged was $326.95. When I called they said the $27.95 was a 9% handling fee and claimed it is disclosed in their terms and conditions. There is no disclosure. They advertise one price and charge another.

Rip off. Bought a camara for $229.00. Ended up costing me $317.00. No invoice. Did not contact them because I read all the reviews and they charge a 15 percent restocking fee. That would have code me. about $47.00.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order on line for a Canon T6i with an 18-135mm lens. I received an email to contact Powersellerdigital to confirm the order. When I talked with "Bruce" about the order he stated that I had ordered an "international" version and it would not come with a battery or charger. If I wanted those items I would have to order a US model at a higher price.
I agreed to a US model in order to get the battery. Bruce stated that I for an even higher price, he could provide a "high capacity 5 hour battery". I again agreed.
When I received the camera, it came in a Kit box designed for a T6i body with a 18-55mm lens, and the standard battery that comes with that kit. The 18-135 lens came in a plain white box with no paperwork. I believe it was a refurbished lens as there was not even the Canon Warranty card.
I sent Bruce an email to discuss the issue with no response. I called and talked with "Jonathan" who stated he was the Customer Service Manager about the issue. Jonathan could not have been any more rude. He stated that he buys packages and then breaks them apart and resales different packages to meet customer desires. These new packages are NOT ANY cost savings. I would have spent less money buying a pre-packaged T6i with an 18-135mm lens from almost anywhere, than what I ended up paying Powersellerdigital.
The "high capacity 5 hour battery" that I paid extra for is the LP-E17 and included as the standard battery in EVERY T6i package that comes with a battery...again I paid more for what I would have gotten included by default if I just ordered it from someone else. The Canon LP-E17 life is only good for about 2 hours anyway and the 2 hour they were offering is their own generic battery that the T6i doesn't recognize. See this link: http://canoncanada.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/49787/~/number-of-possible-still-image-shots-and-the-maximum-movie-shooting-time
When I told Jonathan, the Customer Service manager that I wanted to send it all back because I was completely dissatisfied with their service, he said it would be a 15% restocking fee. Of course there would be because it would mean more money for them. He told me flat out that he was making money off me and "go ahead and make your reviews".
Jonathan and Bruce, which I am positive are not their names, were extremely rude, not interested in customer satisfaction and flat out only interested in upselling. They have no concern about customer satisfaction or having a return customer... which I will never be.
I would recommend buying from ANYPLACE before buying from Powersellerdigital. They fulfilled the order, yes, but their service is an absolute and complete rip-off and will try to make as much money from a one time customer as they can. STAY AWAY.

HORRIBLE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a camera from them because it was such a great price and had free shipping/free camera accessory bundle. Got a call that night saying the camera was out of stock until the next day and was it okay if it shipped then? Oh and by the way, you didn't order a battery with the camera and that they had a 2-hour battery on sale for 29.99 and a 7-hour one for 39.99. I told them the 7-hour one for 39.99. I get my camera in the mail and my invoice shows charges of 84.99 more. I call their customer service and spoke with the person who called me, and he informs me that "Oh, well you also have the charger that goes with those batteries for 39.99." I told him the charger was never mentioned to me. He said it was and I needed to "just let him finish his sentence." He was exceptionally rude, and told me that had I not ordered the battery, it would have come in a plain brown box with no batteries whatsoever. Then, I read the invoice and see that they charge a 15% minimum restocking fee for returned orders. Coincidentally, this price brings the camera down to the same EXACT price being offered by Target or Amazon, assuming they do not charge more than the 15% restocking fee. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
