I ordered a camera several weeks ago and was immediately charged $150 more than my order was supposed to be and was told that the delivery would be 8 to 10 days. I have called (I too got a "Hello" when I called - strange for a legit company) and asked if my camera had indeed shipped and asked for a tracking number and as to why the additional charges??? I was told I would get a tracking number as soon as my camera reached my state (that sounds fishy) I was told it was on schedule to arrive next week (how do you know if you don't have a tracking number?) and the extra charges were for a battery and changer. (WRONG) All new camera's (Body ONLY) include both of these items as well as a strap, manual and USB Data Cable. I sure hope it is not too late to get my Capital One credit card to reverse these charges.

Terrible company - completely shady. Purchased a camera two days ago, received a call today saying the camera was "international" and that the real price was actually more for American. Nowhere online does it state this! So I agree to pay more for the right one but then the guy lied and said the payment was declined when my bank said it was never tried. He also tried to say the 5% discount online was not for cards even though it clearly went through, so that I was essentially paying nearly $200 more with the express shipping I had already paid for once. Just one shady thing after another. Same guy kept answering the phone also which is really weird to me. Not to mention he was completely rude. Screw this unprofessional company I wouldn't give them a DIME.

These guys suck. Apparently, not in stock. No email notification. the guy answers phone "hello" no company greeting? very rude and hung up. I cancelled my credit card after looking up these reviews.

f you want the American version and not Chinese
call us back never pick up etc etc
Very scamish to me I wasnt charged yet i hope but i am keeping an eye on this.

SCAM site, do not give them ANY info. The old bait and switch - If you want the American version and not Chinese, will cost more. Want batteries with camera? Sorry, cost more. STAY AWAY. You have been warned. Serious doubts about whether they actually sell anything. Deep checks will show they are affiliated with other scam sites with same woman? registering.

I tried to buy a camera online. I placed the order and received a confirmation, them got an email asking me to call them about my order. Every time i called i got a message that they were closed, and the mailbox was full, so i could not leave a voicemail. When i finally got through after many tries, i was told the item i ordered was not available. i asked why I was able to place the order, and was told it was an automated system that didn't always have correct information. When I told the rep that I had tried to reach them many times, he laughed at me. Terrible way to treat a customer.
i will never buy something from them again, and do not recommend them.

I attempted to purchase a camera from this company. The invoice was sent to my email for $341.99. My credit card declined the transaction however and suspended my account.
When I called my credit card company they informed me that GpsOutlets tried to charge me $399.99 instead.
I called GpsOutlets billing department to inquire why the charges were different and they said it was a handling fee (that was not included on the invoice).
After telling me that the order was cancelled he hung up on me instead of explaining why they charged me close to $60 for handling and insurance that was not invoiced.
