I bought an item. And they said:
"We are sorry to inform you that the order can't be shipped by the shipping method you seleted.
We have cancelled the order, we are arranging a full refund 9.89USD to your original payment account.
For credit card refund,it may take up 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account.This delay entirely depends on your credit card company and its intermediaries.
You can repalce new order and choose unregistered air mail (SYBPL).
Thank you for your cooperation."
I said OK and I bought new one. But i never get the item. I asked for refund 4 months after my purchase date. And they said:
"The shipping company is actually responsible for this loss which is sadly beyond our control.
