Placed order and paid immediately on January 6, 2017. Haven't received order, tried to talk to a human to no avail. Tracking says it's still processing and no info. What the hell!! I reported this company to the FTC and haven't heard back. If anyone else reported to the FTC please post it. I suppose they get to keep my money and the supposed clothing. Never again.

It takes months to get your order and it is so cheaply made it would not last one washing. They refuse to give me a refund. I ordered size XL, it is the size of a small. They refuse to cooperate with returning the items and getting my money back. STAY AWAY FROM GAMISS.

Contact Better Business Bureau!!! Email the news media, newspaper! Start a FB, Snapchat, Instagram page about them!!!! Tell your stories, tell your stories! Write, write, write! There is power in the pen!!!!!!! I'm patiently waiting on my $79 order. Which, I placed my order since Dec. 6th and ONLY ONE ITEM ARRIVED! They will catch pure D Hell from me! My patience is running out! They do respond quickly via email! However, you cannot speak to a live body!

Run away from Gamiss. The worst business practice and customer service I've ever seen. Delivery took longer than a month for the expensive shipping fee charge.
I ordered Christmas clothes On cyber Monday that's Mid Nov. in 2016. This is Dec. 31st of 2016 but I haven't received the half of my items. I haven't received my items for over a month and I don't even need them any more cz Christmas is over after the inconvenience that I didn't have the items I needed for Christmas. So I reached out to the customer center, but all they can say in several messages was only 'sorry' but they cannot refund it and I need to just wait and be patient after waiting my package for more than a month. They didn't seem understanding how the delivery in the US works and just suggesting nonsense solutions putting all the action items on my side. Also, the best they can do is only refunding it to their store credit, but I don't want to order again from them especially considering their expensive shipping cost that's more expensive than their clothes. I still can't believe this worst shipping costed more than their clothes and it takes more than a month. (Still waiting) It seems that they sent out the shipment late, but they were only blaming on theirs business partner shipping company, which is the worst business practice I've ever seen. I highly encourage you not to deal with this website. You can buy way better cheap clothes through many other websites for way better shipping.

SHAMELESS, ORDERED AN ITEM, 30 DAYS OUT STILL "PROCESSING", CUSTOMER SERVICE INQUIRIES WERE RESPONDED WITH ROBO-MESSAGES. CONTACTED AMEX AND BLOCKED PAYMENT, THEN I HEARD FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CANCELLED TO ORDER. TOOK 2 MORE WEEKS TO GET THE AMEX REFUNDED, BUT IT ISN'T AS IF THEY HAD A CHOICE. SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO ORDER USE AN AMEX IF YOU CAN, THEY ARE THE MOST HELPFUL.

I bought an item and paid extra to speed up the shipment of the product in mid-November 2016, waited for 10 days and didn’t receive anything in mail so I contacted their customer support to check on my order, only to find out they no longer have the jacket in stock and are waiting for their new inventory to arrive! I have been trying to get my money back for the past 21 days and they still haven’t processed my refund. The worst customer service ever. Their customer service representative Letha, doesn’t even read the emails properly and her replies are so off the topic that makes you wonder if she even knows what’s she talking about! This website makes you stop online shopping! SCAM, avoid them and their discounts.

Originally I gave these guys a bad review! I still wouldn't recommend them to anyone but I got my item finally after 3 mouths of waitting.
Still not a good review but glad my item came through.
They did reply to every email/ complaint I sent quick and kindly.
But the wait of 3 mouths is crazy!
Plus I was worryed if never get the item or that I had been coned.
Item - very good quality. Fits well and I'm happy with it.
Was it worth the 3 mouths - not really but happy I got the item in the end.

The prices are very reasonable. I've only ordered a couple of wigs but they all have been great quality. Do understand that shipping takes a few weeks when shipped to the United States, so take that in to consideration if you need the product right away.

So it's been 27 of waitting for a hoodie I ordered from them. I emailed them after 18days asking them about the wait time they apologies and gave me 3 options.
1. Cancel order
2. Exchange for different item
3. Continue to wait
I said I wanted to wait. As I really do want the hoodie and can't seem to find it else where to buy!
On the 27th day I emailed them again. What was going on with my order still in " processing" mode.
They involved me they knew there would be along wait on the one item I had brought and if I wish not to have the long (longer) wait then to cancel my order...
Bloody stupid reply by them if you asking me. Why didn't they tell me in the first place it would take weeks/mouths...
One good thing is they do reply quickly to emails / help tickets.
Bad point I've seen so many people saying they could be a scam company or that they have waited along time got items and apparently Quility isn't good!
I hope I get my item soon or I will see if I can get a refund....I'm guessing not with what I've now read up about them :(
